AMIBA Programs for Affiliates

The navigation is organized by areas of a typical Independent Business Alliance’s operations.  We’ve done our best to segregate materials by their purpose, and cross-linked when appropriate.  We constantly are adding items and organizing or adding sections, so keep an eye out for new items — we’ll announce additions to these templates and designs periodically. If there’s a resource you can’t find, please ask! For ease of navigation, see your right-hand sidebar with expandable items, or do a quick search above!

Formats are noted in parentheses. Many of these items require specific graphic design programs (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop noted as .indd, .qxd (Quark — may be converted to InDesign), .ai and .psd respectively); your graphic artist is likely to have them.  We’ve also provided images and pdfs for many items for preview purposes.

The pages in the AMIBA member section are printer-friendly, just click print preview or print in your browser.

Even for items where artwork will change completely, starting from a template can save large amounts of time formatting borders, inputting data and many other tasks. Please help your peers by arranging to secure the original design of your materials and artwork and providing it to AMIBA to share with other affiliates here (we created an agreement you should present to your designer before work commences — also linked from the IBA Operation page).  This sharing and mutual assistance is the essence of the collaborative networks we all comprise.

Note: Inevitably, some pages or portions of pages in this huge library become outdated. Please help keep this current for everybody by telling us when you see something we should revise. We welcome your suggestions to make this toolbox more useful. Thank you!
