2. Reserve Your Room

The conference rate of $119 +tax per night for spacious rooms with two queen beds, or $139-$149 for luxurious suites is guaranteed until March 8. Suites have a pull-out bed in the living room area as well as private bedrooms. WiFi is free. Book early to get a river view room or suite!

 

3. Bringing guests not attending the conference? 

They can join you for meals and/or events!  We provide the following meal and event options:

4.Travel

Louisville International Airport (SDF) is served by all major airlines. Note that Southwest Airlines often has the lowest fares, but does not show up on many consolidator sites, so if you're not using a local independent travel agent, you may want to check directly. Lexington, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis all are within a two-hour drive. See the main conference page for some notable area attractions.

The Galt House (140 N. Fourth St) is a ten-minute drive from the Louisville airport. Parking rates are reduced to $7 per night for participants (normally $12). Cabs cost $18 each way and offer a much better value than shuttle vans if you find at least one person to share. Tarc, the local bus system, has a stop one block from the hotel. Airport trip takes 40 minutes and costs $1.50. See transportation desk in airport.

Toonerville Trolley covers a large area of downtown Louisville and gives easy access to many local attractions with the convenience of boarding in front of the hotel. Cost is 50 cents per ride. Operates Mon.-Sat. 7:30 a.m.-11 p.m.
