IBA Affiliation Fees
All start-up materials and first year benefits: $950
This one-time fee includes start-up materials and templates, licensing and development. (We can provide installments if necessary-- contact us for information).
Annual affiliation fee beginning year 2 is a sliding scale based on IBA annual budget.
Under $20,000 -- $200
$20,000 - $40,000 -- $400
$40,000 - $80,000 -- $500
Over $80,000 -- $600

Your initial benefits include:
- IBA handbook and checklist with extensive information and how-tos to get you organized and running quickly while avoiding errors and unnecessary steps.
- Templates for: organizational documents (articles of incorporation, bylaws, and a thorough business plan), database customized for IBAs, printed member directory, window decals for local member businesses, bumper stickers, prospect brochures, promotional materials (bookmarks, print ads) and guidelines on how to organize these initiatives.
*Expect this package to save you $10,000 or more in development costs or at least 200 hours of time. As IBAs develop new programs and materials, we collect and provide them in our online member resources. - Consultation on IBA operation, media relations, editing, policy, member employee education from staff with years of hands-on experience organizing local alliances.

- 50 Put Your Money Where Your House Is! bumper stickers;
- Assistance adapting AMIBA publications for local use
- Starter/backup web page if desired and link to your site. A new "off-the-shelf "website template will be available in mid-2008 that eliminates the need for special software/knowledge and allows multiple editors via web browser.
- Access to member resources area of AMIBA website that includes a huge library of materials developed by IBAs around the continent--many are ready to adapt for your local use.

- Regular conference calls with other IBA directors/organizers to share ideas and support.

- The advantage of being part of the pioneer organization with growing national recognition. While other organizations (and marketing firms) have emulated much of the IBA organizing model, AMIBA is the only organization staffed by people with years of hands-on experience organizing local Alliances.
- Coming June 2, 2008 -- an new series of posters and advertsements promoting the benefits of doing business locally. Additional tools and benefits are added regularly.
